Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Kawasaki Original Parts apparel; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all factory tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
